Vanity Fair XC is presented with a new Velvet-Fabric Tribal fabric cover. Through digital prints: its rounded shapes and repetitive geometries, emerge with strength and grace, enhancing the graphic design and giving a sense of depth, accentuated by the contrast between full spaces and voids.. The new coverings are born from the partnership between Ozwald Boateng and Poltrona Frau, which is born from a shared passion for precision, art and craft. Just like the meticulously cut and measured clothes that Boateng produces for its customers. In designing the collection, Boateng and Poltrona Frau have combined their distinct fields of craftsmanship and their respective cultural heritages, finally creating a collection that unites the two worlds: on the one hand, the prestigious Made in Italy and on the other, Ozwald Boateng’s distinctive expression and his British tailoring experience combined with the joy of African aesthetics.. The ‘Tribal’ motif, printed by Boateng, is present in all products: it pays tribute to the origins of its Ghanaian, with every color, pattern and design carefully designed to tell a strong spiritual story and act as an armor cloak for the owner of the objects. The new collection applies the best of tailor-made couture to timeless design, paving the way for significant production innovations, such as the innovative use of embossing in leather craftsmanship, which was first experienced here.
