CH24 Collection – Chair

The Wishbone Chair is perhaps Wegner’s most famous work. A light, attractive and comfortable dining chair with a distinctive Y-shaped backrest. The chair is a triumph of craftsmanship with a simple design and clean lines. Despite the chair’s simple appearance, it takes more than 100 steps to make one. Among other things, the hand-woven seat is made of over 120 metres of paper rope. Available in Danish hardwoods (oak, beech, ash) and North American hardwoods (walnut, cherry) in a variety of finishes (soap, oil, lacquer, stain). A cushion can be added to the seat for extra comfort.
