The staff of Zenucchi Design Code have designed an entire automobile consulting studio.
Sometimes the result exceeds expectations and I think this is one of those times. We start with the possibility of working full-field, taking advantage of the building’s main features: an old factory that piqued the curiosity of the owners and stimulated the designers. The staff of Zenucchi Design Code has designed the automobile consulting studio which, with a view to expansion into the financial insurance business in the near future, wanted a new concept, youthful environment favouring open spaces. The executive studio houses the meeting room, the operating area and the relaxation area in the same space, to give continuity to the rooms and not create sharp divisions that take away light and space.
The furnishing accessories give the whole environment character.
Two floors joined by a custom-made staircase made of sandstone with floor lights to mark the route. The lights, both hanging and recessed, and the colours are just as important as the design choices of the furnishing accessories to give the environment great character. Quality choices are also made for the large windows and doors extended to their maximum and for the frosted glass sliding doors with aluminium frames. Finally, the floors are in resin bonded concrete and match the other materials: steel, frosted glass and aluminium. The doors are by Rimadesio. The recessed and hanging lights are by Martini. The seats are all by Kartell and Knoll, the furnishing accessories by Cappellini. In the studio, which is located in Gazzaniga, two vintage Vespas owned by the company underscore the activity of offering consultancy on red-tape regarding cars.
