It is OK to dream. Living in harmony with nature, far enough from the city to hear the sounds of the animals as they wake up with the sun. A country life, but without forgetting the pleasure of comfort, elegance and taste.
This delicious maison surrounded by a rural landscape in the province of Bergamo is all this and more. A welcoming and poetic house that embodies the wishes of the owners who commissioned the entire interior design project to Zenucchi Design Code. “The owners – comment the interior designers – came to us when they had the structure of the house and nothing else, and so we had to fill this rustic shell making it as glamorous and contemporary as possible”.
While maintaining its rural feel, the interior designers created the perfect combination of natural materials, like wood and stone, hi-tech materials and elements of design. The result is truly special and engaging. Every space in the house has its own personality and some details define its character. Pieces of design history have been combined with highly contemporary and technical products and materials: the Corian® surfaces of the bathrooms dialogue with the teak furniture, the professional cooktop, in black metal and chrome, creates a gentle contrast with the turtledove-coloured kitchen. A shade chosen by the designers which suits a country house down to the ground while also exuding all the elegance and sobriety of a contemporary home.
