A balance that is demonstrated both in the choice of furnishings and in the arrangement of the spaces.

Built by Baitelli Costruzioni, which demolished the previous typically 1960s construction and followed all the reconstruction work for the current home according to the architect’s design, the structure sees its linearity enlivened by a rotated turret emerging from the roof, a turret whose aesthetic function is to close off the perspective of the portico below and to internally house the kitchen on the ground floor and the master bedroom on the first floor. “Tradition but with balance – the architect explains – a balance that is demonstrated both in the choice of furnishings and in the layout of the spaces”.

Modernity and tradition with a focus on pure good taste.

Thanks to its experience and the qualified professionalism of its assistants, Apostoli Interior supplied the sofas in pure natural linen with contrasting edge that reign in the living room and fine fabrics both for the linen curtains in the living area and the kitchen, hanging from a custom-made white lacquered wrought iron rod, and the curtains in the sleeping area: dove-coloured striped sheer curtains for the two small windows in the master bedroom, linen curtains with contrasting colour in the children’s bedroom and roman blinds in the bathroom. Moreover, the cotton bed upholstery was made by Apostoli. A staircase with hot-worked iron handrail by Ofam provides access to the sleeping area; the forged iron handrail of the staircase leading from the living area to the basement is once again by Ofam. For the bathrooms on the mezzanine floor, S.T.I.P. was entrusted with the supply of the master bathroom with Duravit’s Vero bathtub, Fantini Milano’s Hi-Nox mixer faucets and Karol Manhattan bathroom furniture in wood fabric; for the second bathroom, suspended Flaminia Monò sanitary ware, Agorà washbasin cabinet and Tubes Kubik chrome. The basement features a Finnish sauna and an Effegibi Hammam along with suspended Flaminia Link sanitary ware, Agora cabinet and chrome-plated Kubik Tubes. Modernity and tradition with an eye for pure and simple good taste have made this home a harmonious combination that creates an extraordinarily balanced effect.
