To create something new you need irony, creativity and good taste

Although there are a number of apparently contrasting elements in this house, the subtle dialogue between textures and illusions is actually perfect for creating personality and identity. Architect Laura Beretta oversaw the renovation of this home and Zenucchi Design Code also contributed, collaborating with the architect, proposing interesting ideas and supplying furniture. This included, most notably, the custom-made wood panels in heat-treated checkerboard-effect Eucalyptus in the living room, a genuine game of geometries and optical illusions. Completely different in character yet just as intriguing is the book-matched matt Tuscan grey marble wall, a tribute to this material and its fragile beauty. These two highly personal interior decorations and solutions are joined by a third, the TV and fireplace wall with bespoke brass cover.

A fascinating textural effect that increases the overall comfort of this home

The lighting solutions, such as the Davide Groppi spotlights, the Deltalight light blades, the Henge brass pendant lamps and the Bolle lamp by Gallotti&Radice, are a blend of simplicity and originality.
The particular nature of the materials and decorations, from the living room to the kitchen and through to the passageways, such as the stairwell, creates a fascinating textural effect that increases the overall comfort of this home.
