A young and large family with a house to be adapted to their needs
This is how this project was born: a young couple with three children and a family home to be renovated to meet their needs for space, flexibility and hospitality, practicality and elegance. With these assumptions, customers turned to Zenucchi Design Code, which has won their trust by proposing an attractive design solution in line with their requirements. The project provided for a complete renovation of the house, proposing very important interventions especially for the internal staircase which has been completely redesigned. The work, coordinated with skill by engineer Mariotti Damiano, led to the result that can be admired in these photos.
A renovation dressed in wood, stone and metal
The guiding principle of the project was the choice of natural materials such as stone, wood and metal, which we find throughout the house. The flooring of the entrance and kitchen areas in pepper stone; the top of the kitchen in Grey Stone; the walnut parquet that heats the living area and the sleeping area; the important wooden panelling that integrates the appliances and hides the entrance to the service kitchen; the staircase, completely made of iron sheet. This is the box that houses designer furniture by Cassina, Poltrona Frau, Porro and Maxalto, creating the perfect home for its inhabitants. Last but not least, the lighting project has also been completely redesigned and designed by Zenucchi: light blades and spotlights alternate and accompany us in all environments. A cleverly designed architectural light, combined with decorative elements that soften the atmosphere.
