This delightful attic is in a recently-built residential area near Bergamo with class A timber buildings. The young man who lives here wanted a contemporary house that allowed him to entertain family and friends.
The Zenucchi team took care of the interior design project. “We created a home tailored to the client’s living and aesthetic requirements”.
The entrance is located between the open-space living area and the kitchen/dining area.
An elegant and functional pivot door grants access to the corridor that leads to the bathrooms and master bedroom. The natural oak parquet flooring creates a cosy atmosphere.

The lighting is also very interesting. “We designed and created appealing, contemporary solutions”, they explained, like the ceiling spotlights and the recessed Flos track light with adjustable spotlights in the sitting room.
Design pieces are scattered throughout the house, like the Minotti sofa, the Maxalto chaise longue, the Arc table by Molteni, and the Vitra chairs.
Beauty, comfort, and design blend in the kitchen. The Varenna model features an induction hob with a built-in extractor fan. Also interesting are the Rimadesio glass doors that separate the bathroom from the master bedroom. The combination of natural and technological materials make a contemporary house a special place where to feel cosy and pampered.
