An architectural project of great charm and warmth.
Design, style, functionality and technology but also, and above all, elegance. In a nutshell, these are the elements that distinguish the furnishing of this villa in the province of Bergamo. Once again, Zenucchi Design Code, together with its staff of expert collaborators and with the consultancy of Studio Facchinetti & Partners, has met the needs of the owners by finding solutions close to their sophisticated taste and suited to their elegant lifestyle, adopting architectural and furnishing designs that are modern but at the same time capable of expressing great charm and warmth. In fact, it is not always easy to fuse the requirements of simplicity and elegance with up-to-date and avant-garde furnishings without sacrificing the home in terms of warmth and liveability.
A love for technology and contemporary minimal–chic reign supreme.
Starting in the garden, there is an elegant open-air living area with armchairs in Hularo woven in the Philippines from the Roda collection and a table with a frosted glass top as green as the lawn. Inside, there is a swimming pool with red mosaic columns towering over an elegant yet practical marble floor, large copper windows opening onto the garden, and Dedon by Roda loungers to rest on after a relaxing bath or jacuzzi. The dining area, expertly illuminated by designer lamps, leads through to the very modern Cinqueterre kitchen by Schiffini with steel extractor hood; both reflect the search for substantially clean lines and a love for technology and contemporary minimal-chic. The table and chairs are by Porro resting on a fine, white Calacatta marble floor. The furniture and colours in the bedroom are above all an invitation to relax, with an ultra-modern round bed chosen directly by, and specifically designed for the owners who have, in the same room, a series of built-in wardrobes with reflective surfaces.
