The fascination of automotive excellence in an armchair. Poltrona Frau celebrates the 70th anniversary of the company from Maranello by redefining the ergonomics of the office chair.
Not a car seat, nor pure furniture and design. A contemporary hybrid where two brands, two dreams, two industrial philosophies meet to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the company from Maranello. A new object that offers an exact translation of a dream into reality. An office chair that captures the emotional value of the driver’s seat, the feeling of speed and momentum, the passion for racing.
Automotive know-how and the culture of living merge. Conceived and designed by the design team headed by Flavio Manzoni who designed the recent Ferrari cars (including the LaFerrari Aperta, the GTC4Lusso and the 812 Superfast), its iconic line races through space, embracing the body. A three-dimensional structure, a combination of aesthetic beauty and ergonomic perfection applied to workplace seating. The result of a new encounter of two Italian excellences. Poltrona Frau has always upholstered the interiors of Ferrari cars and now faces an extremely complex new challenge. The Tolentino-based company brings to the project the high level of craftsmanship gained in over one hundred years of history and the technical innovation with which it continually redefines its tradition.
